Our OBGYN has updated their ultrasound equipment to include 4D ultrasound. As cool as this may sound it is actually kind of freaky. With Lilly we got 3D still images of her face and even those looked a little wierd, but with Barrett yesterday we got 3D images in live motion. It seemed like it was a lot harder for the Ultrasound tech to get a decent picture of him this way. It was still awesome to check out what's going on in there. Things look pretty squished. They estimated his size at 3lbs. 7oz based on his femur, abdomen and head size. Everything is right on track and appears good and healthy. He seems to have his daddy's profile (although Jon doesn't understand what everyone is talking about) but the 3D images have me thinking he looks more like Jon's brother Brandon. He definately looks different than Lilly, more like a boy to me for some reason. It was fun to take a peek inside, it helps me put a face with his name now. Lilly didn't want to look at the pictures I think they scared her either that or she is already sick of hearing about baby brother :).

SO exciting!! Can't wait to see him in real life (or real pictures, as the case may be) ;)
